have had to return 4 times to get a "short" fixed in my headlight circuit on a ford c-max. i have owned it for about 2 years, bought it at autonation Margate,,,the first time i took it in they charged me $100 for a co-pay. i had bought a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty , which the service guy didn't find until i pointed it out. the reason i took it in was the Passenger side head light was out..... they took a couple hours to fix it, and they said, it had a bad wire harness. maybe 3 months later the same thing happened again, we took it back in,,, this time it also took a couple hours to fix,, and we were told "who ever worked on this last time didn't fix it right'. now the same problem occurred again,, so a week ago last Saturday 10 days ago, we took it in again,, this time another 2 1/2 hours working on it and they came to me and said the car has a short that they could not locate... they wanted me to leave the car which I could not do because it is the only running car I own, and they refused to give me a loaner. Carlos told me he would call me the following Monday and let me know when mark the electrical guy would be there, so I could return again to get it fixed.. I waited 10 days for a call back and never got one.. so i stopped again for the 4th time to find out why they didn't call me and Carlos claimed he never said he would call me,, now I am a liar. when they said I would have to leave the car for all day I told them they needed to give me a free loaner, because this is the 4th time I had to bring it in for the same problem,,,, finally Rick agreed that autonation needed to put me into a loaner for a day so they can fix the car... Then I was informed I would have to leave a $150 deposit at the rental company, I was not happy, why should I have to leave a deposit, seems to me autonation should do that,,, my appointment is this coming Tuesday,, I will write a review as to how that goes...
